NCT ID NCT02181569
Summary
This study aimed to understand how sleep problems might influence whether someone relapses after leaving alcohol addiction treatment. Researchers followed about 200 adults during their transition from inpatient rehab back to their homes, tracking their sleep patterns and interviewing them about their experiences. The goal was to see if poor sleep quality or negative beliefs about sleep could predict a return to drinking.
