Summary

This study recruits 360 healthy young people aged 6-20 to measure how many steps per minute match different walking intensities. Researchers will use this data to create clear, step-based guidelines for physical activity that kids, parents, and doctors can easily understand and use. No treatment or medication is involved—only observation and measurement.
