Summary
This study tested a new device that delivers radiation directly to the skin (electronic skin surface brachytherapy) for early-stage basal or squamous cell skin cancer. It included 36 adults aged 60 or older. The goal was to see how well the device controls cancer, its safety, cosmetic results, and effects on quality of life.
