First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether a weekly skills group, combining two proven therapies (CBT and DBT), is practical and helpful for teens aged 13-18 who are at high risk for psychosis. Up to 30 participants already receiving care will join the group. Researchers will track attendance, satisfaction, and changes in well-being to see if this approach is worth studying further.
