Summary
This Phase 3 trial tests a new chemotherapy drug called SKB264 against standard chemotherapies in 254 people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has worsened after at least two prior treatments. The main goal is to see if SKB264 can delay cancer growth longer than the usual options. Participants receive either SKB264 or a standard chemo chosen by their doctor.
