Summary
This early-stage study looks at whether sirolimus, an FDA-approved drug, can improve blood flow to the brain in healthy adults with and without a genetic risk for Alzheimer's disease. Researchers will use MRI scans to measure changes in brain blood flow and also explore how the lungs and brain are connected. The goal is to understand how genetics and blood flow might affect Alzheimer's risk.
