Sinus surgery under the microscope for cystic fibrosis patients

Summary
This study follows 170 adults with cystic fibrosis and chronic sinusitis to see if sinus surgery improves lung function and quality of life compared to medical treatment alone. Participants either have surgery or continue with standard care. The goal is to learn which approach works better.
