NCT ID NCT07400302

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug sintilimab to standard chemotherapy can help prevent a rare type of skin cancer (mucosal melanoma) from coming back after surgery. About 220 adults with PD-L1-positive, completely removed tumors will be randomly assigned to get either the drug combo or chemo alone. The main goal is to see how long people stay cancer-free.
