NCT ID NCT07600476
First seen May 24, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called KUP-101A in 21 people with advanced skin cancers (like melanoma or Merkel cell carcinoma) that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects. Researchers will also look at how the drug moves through the body and whether it shows any signs of shrinking tumors.
