Summary
This study tests whether giving two drugs (sintilimab and bevacizumab) before surgery can lower the chance of liver cancer coming back. It involves 37 adults with resectable liver cancer that is beyond standard transplant criteria. The goal is to see if this approach improves 1-year recurrence-free survival and safety.
