NCT ID NCT07171684
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study compares a single daily dose of long-acting insulin to the standard regimen of long-acting insulin plus mealtime shots in pregnant women with diabetes. Researchers want to see if the simpler approach controls blood sugar just as well and doesn't increase risks for babies. Participants will share weekly blood sugar logs for dose adjustments.
