Summary
This study is testing whether a single 60-minute counseling session can help reduce anxiety and depression in breast cancer patients who are waiting to start regular therapy. Researchers want to see if this brief session is helpful and practical for patients to complete. The study involves 20 participants who will complete surveys about their distress levels and satisfaction with the session.
