Summary
This study tests whether a single 60-minute counseling session can reduce anxiety and depression in breast cancer patients who are waiting for ongoing therapy. About 26 participants will receive the session plus a booklet, and researchers will measure how helpful and practical it is. The goal is to see if this brief support can improve quality of life during a stressful wait.
