First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looked at whether online training can improve how emergency room doctors interpret CT scans of the head. 173 ER doctors from 6 UK hospitals took part. Some received training right away, while others served as a control group. The goal was to see if training helps them spot skull fractures, strokes, bleeding, tumors, and brain swelling more accurately.
