Can kindness and gratitude notes ease the cancer journey?
NCT ID NCT04810052
Summary
This study explored whether two simple activities could improve well-being for cancer patients and their caregivers, focusing on people from cultures that value family and community. For four weeks, patients either performed small acts of kindness for their caregiver or wrote them thank-you notes. Researchers measured if these activities helped reduce stress, improve mood, and strengthen relationships compared to just tracking daily activities.
