Can a smartphone app help teens with depression and anxiety?

Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app called SilverCloud, which teaches coping skills, can help high school students with depression or anxiety. About 120 teens will either use the app with a coach or get usual school counseling. The goal is to see if the app reduces symptoms and is easy to use in schools.
