First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests two liquids—silver diamine fluoride and nano-silver fluoride—applied to cavities in young children's baby teeth. Both aim to stop decay without drilling, but the nano version may avoid black stains. Sixty children aged 3-5 will be followed for a year to see which treatment works better and makes parents happier.
