Summary

This study compares two injections—botulinum toxin (Botox) and local anesthetic—to see which better relieves pain from nerve damage (neuroma) after limb injury or amputation. About 100 adults with moderate to severe pain will receive one injection and be followed for 8 weeks. The goal is to find a longer-lasting pain relief option.
