Summary
This study tested whether improving sleep for people recovering from a stroke in the hospital could help them get better faster. Researchers worked with 400 stroke patients during their rehab stay. They trained hospital staff to reduce nighttime disruptions and screened patients for sleep apnea to see if these steps improved sleep and recovery outcomes.
