New hope for bile duct cancer: targeted drug trial launches

Summary

This study tests a new drug, SHR-A1904, in people with advanced bile duct cancer that has not responded to previous treatments. The drug targets a specific protein (CLDN18.2) on cancer cells. About 151 participants will receive the drug to see if it can shrink tumors or slow disease progression.
