Summary

This study compares two ultrasound-guided nerve blocks—cervical erector spinae plane block and infraspinatus-teres minor interfascial plane block—for pain relief after shoulder arthroscopy. Both are designed to avoid the breathing complications sometimes caused by the standard interscalene block. The trial will measure pain scores and total painkiller use in the first 24 hours after surgery in adults aged 18 to 80.
