Summary
This study looks at whether a simple home-based shoulder exercise program can improve shoulder health in manual wheelchair users with spinal cord injury. Forty participants will start training either 3 or 12 months after leaving rehab, doing exercises twice a week for 12 weeks. Researchers will track pain, strength, and daily activity over 15 months using questionnaires, sensors, and MRI scans.
