First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 35 times

Summary

This study tests if a shorter course of radiation (hypofractionation) is safe for people with multiple myeloma who need pelvic radiation. Instead of the usual 2-3 weeks, the radiation is given over fewer days with slightly higher daily doses. The goal is to find the highest safe dose per session. About 30 adults with multiple myeloma will take part.
