Summary
This study is testing whether a much shorter, one-week course of targeted pelvic radiation, given alongside standard chemotherapy drugs, is practical for patients to complete. It aims to see if this combined approach is manageable for people with stage III endometrial cancer who have already had surgery. The main goal is to find out if most participants can finish all six planned chemo cycles without major delays.
