Shock wave showdown: which therapy zaps tennis elbow pain best?

Summary

This study compares two types of shock wave therapy (radial vs focal) to a placebo for treating long-term tennis elbow pain. Fifty adults with elbow pain lasting more than 3 months will receive three weekly sessions. Researchers will measure pain, grip strength, and disability over 6 months to see which approach works best.
