Summary
This study compares two treatments for people with long-lasting tennis elbow pain that hasn't improved with standard care. Fifty adults will receive either shock wave therapy or an ozone injection once a week for three weeks. Researchers will measure pain, hand strength, and elbow function before, right after, and one month after treatment to see which option provides better relief.
