Summary

This study tested whether adding shock wave therapy to standard physiotherapy helps people with shoulder impingement syndrome. Thirty adults received either shock waves plus physiotherapy or physiotherapy alone for three weeks. Researchers measured pain, shoulder function, and sleep quality before and after treatment.
