First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding special core-stabilizing and cross-limb exercises to standard physical therapy can reduce pain and improve movement in people with shoulder impingement syndrome. 38 adults aged 30-50 with shoulder pain will be split into two groups: one gets standard care, the other adds the new exercises for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and range of motion before and after treatment.
