Summary

This study will compare two exercises—prone row and lateral pull down—in 54 adults aged 40-65 with shoulder impingement and scapular dyskinesia. The goal is to see which exercise better reduces pain, improves strength in key shoulder muscles, and enhances function. Participants will be assigned to one exercise group, and outcomes like pain scores and muscle strength will be measured over time.
