Summary

This study tests a shared decision-making tool for antipsychotic medications in 120 people aged 18-30 with early psychosis. The goal is to see if the tool helps patients feel more involved in their treatment choices and improves their commitment to therapy. Participants will use the Antipsychotic Medication Decision Aid during medication visits, and researchers will measure their engagement and satisfaction.
