Summary
This study tests a culturally tailored program to help Latinx and Vietnamese families in Santa Ana, CA, improve their heart health and prevent high blood pressure. About 483 adults and children will work with community health workers to set healthy goals, learn about risk factors, and use a phone app. The program lasts 3 years and compares the results to a standard health education group.
