Summary

This study follows 300 critically ill children who survived sepsis for five years after leaving the hospital. Researchers want to understand how sepsis affects long-term growth, brain development, survival rates, and quality of life. The study compares these children to similar critically ill children without sepsis to identify specific impacts.
