Summary
This study looks at how well sentinel lymph node biopsy finds leftover cancer cells after chemotherapy in women with locally advanced breast cancer. About 162 women who had chemotherapy and whose lymph nodes seemed cancer-free will get this biopsy. The goal is to see how often the biopsy misses cancer, helping doctors know if it's a reliable test.
