First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at how small electrical pulses to nerves in the arm or the brain can help people with spinal cord injury feel touch and pressure in their hand again. Only 3 people who already have electrodes implanted from a larger study will take part. Researchers will test different stimulation patterns to see which ones work best for restoring sensation.
