New hope for hand function: Non-Invasive therapies tested in spinal cord injury

Summary
This study tests two non-invasive therapies to help people with chronic cervical spinal cord injury regain arm and hand function. Ten participants will try both therapies, each for two months, combined with rehabilitation. The goal is to see which works best and tailor treatments to individual needs.
