Summary

This study tests a program called Sense4Safety for older adults (65+) with mild cognitive impairment who are at high risk of falling. Participants get in-home sensors that detect fall risks, plus a coach who helps create a personalized safety plan. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce falls and improve mobility.
