Summary
This study looks at women with breast cancer that has spread to lymph nodes in the armpit, found before surgery. Normally, doctors remove many lymph nodes, which can cause arm swelling and pain. The trial tests if removing only the first few affected nodes works just as well for survival, with fewer side effects. About 1,380 participants will be followed to compare outcomes.
