NCT ID NCT04785300

Summary

This small, early-stage study is testing whether two drugs (Dasatinib and Quercetin) can be safely given to people with Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment. The drugs aim to clear out 'senescent' or aging cells that may contribute to brain decline. Researchers will monitor 20 participants over 55 for side effects and how well they tolerate the treatment regimen.
