Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called senicapoc in people with early Alzheimer's or mild cognitive impairment. The goal is to see if it can reduce inflammation in the brain and slow down memory loss. About 55 participants will take either the drug or a placebo for 52 weeks. This is a small, early-phase study to check if the drug works as expected in humans.
