NCT ID NCT07319975
Summary
This study aims to see if adding exercise to new weight-loss medications provides better health results than medication alone. Researchers will compare two popular drugs, semaglutide and tirzepatide, in 48 adults with obesity. The main goal is to find out which approach—drugs alone or drugs plus exercise—better preserves muscle mass while reducing body fat.
