Summary
This study aims to understand how the medication semaglutide affects muscle health in people using it for type 2 diabetes or weight loss. Researchers will use detailed MRI scans and fitness tests to track changes in muscle and fat in the body and heart over one year. The goal is to gather information to help ensure the medication supports long-term well-being, especially for those at risk of muscle loss.
