Summary

This Phase 2 trial tests the drug selinexor in people with myelofibrosis who have not taken JAK inhibitors and have low to normal platelet counts. The main goal is to see if selinexor can shrink the spleen by at least 35% after 24 weeks. Researchers will also check if it improves symptoms and monitor for side effects. About 58 participants will receive either selinexor or a standard JAK inhibitor for comparison.
