This study evaluates whether a single dose of TQ05105, a JAK inhibitor being developed for myelofibrosis, affects the heart's electrical activity (QT interval) in healthy Chinese adults. Sixty participants receive TQ05105, placebo, and moxifloxacin (a positive control) in a crossover design.
