Summary

This study tests whether a guided digital self-hypnosis program can reduce hot flashes in women being treated for breast cancer with hormone therapy. About 76 participants will use the app daily for three weeks. The goal is to ease this common side effect, improve quality of life, and help patients stick with their cancer treatment.
