New Self-Help program aims to support veterans who avoid therapy

Summary
This study is testing a self-help program designed for post-9/11 veterans experiencing depression or PTSD symptoms who are not currently in therapy. The program teaches healthy coping skills and guides veterans toward support services if they choose to seek them later. Researchers will compare this program to standard resource information to see which better improves mental health and daily functioning over 40 weeks.
