Summary

This study is testing a short, online self-help program designed to help university students who are feeling significant distress and are behind on their coursework. The program, developed by the World Health Organization, teaches skills for managing stress and improving well-being. Researchers will measure if it reduces feelings of distress, anxiety, and depression in 210 students, both right after the program and three months later.
