Summary

This study tests a short, guided self-help program called Self-Help Plus for university students who are behind on at least 3 exams and feeling significant distress. About 210 students will be randomly assigned to the program or usual support. The goal is to see if the program reduces distress, anxiety, and depression, and improves well-being, right after the program and 3 months later.
