Can a simple workbook ease the mental burden of cancer?

Summary
This study will test if a guided self-help workbook based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help cancer patients manage anxiety and depression. About 108 adult cancer patients in Pakistan who can read Urdu and are experiencing psychological distress will participate. The goal is to see if using this workbook is practical, acceptable to patients, and helps reduce their symptoms and improve quality of life.
