Summary

This study tests whether adding selenium supplements to standard advanced therapies (like biologics) helps people with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis achieve remission. About 180 participants will receive either selenium or a placebo for a set period. The goal is to see if selenium reduces inflammation and improves symptoms.
