Summary

This study tests whether a special silver liquid (SDF 38%) can stop tooth decay in elderly people living in nursing homes. Sixty participants will either get the silver treatment or a placebo, and their cavities will be checked after 6 and 12 months. The goal is to see if this simple, painless treatment can improve oral health and quality of life for seniors who have trouble brushing their teeth.
