NCT ID NCT07266220
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study will use a safe, painless neck ultrasound to look for early signs of artery hardening in 96 adults who have both type 2 diabetes and moderate chronic kidney disease. The goal is to find out how common hidden artery disease is in this high-risk group and how it relates to kidney function and blood sugar control. Results may help doctors detect heart and stroke risks earlier and guide better prevention.
